Need a little help?  Contact us and explain. In addition to our 30-day money-back refund policy, we'll try to work it out with you. We have used and tested the products we offer, we know their capabilities and problems.


Important: If merchandise was damaged during shipping and or you're missing an item, please save the original packaging and notify us by contacting us online or call us at 833-359-9476 during regular business hours, 9 am to 4:30 pm.

1. Items returned within 30 days that are still in new selling condition will not be charged a restocking fee; if the item is not in sellable condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. If returned after 30 days, all items will have a minimum 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
2. Return Shipping cost is deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

3. We do not accept returns of clearance items, special orders, or modified items.
