The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a refund.
New Condition: Items returned in original, sellable condition within 30 days will receive a full refund of the product price (minus shipping).
Opened/Used Items: If an item is returned within 30 days but is no longer in "new selling condition," a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- After 30 Days: Returns requested after the 30-day window are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Shipping & Fees
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on clearance items, special orders, or items that have been modified (e.g., cut netting).
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or you are missing a component, please notify us immediately.
Save the original packaging.

Warranty Information
If your product is outside the 30-day return window but isn’t performing as expected, it may be covered under our manufacturer's warranty:
Energizers: 2-year limited warranty (6 months for batteries).
Hardware/ Netting Accessories (Posts, Spikes, Clips): 1-year warranty against natural wear and tear (does not include damage caused by animals).
Electric Netting: 30-day returns. (Please note that the item must be in resalable condition, or it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.)
If item/s are defective and are covered under warranty, HK Smart Fence pays shipping.
