🧩 How to Choose the Right Netting

At Starkline, we offer a wide variety of electric netting options, and we understand that all those choices can be overwhelming. But don’t worry—we’re here to help you find the perfect fit for your homestead.

The first question to ask is: what are you fencing in? Choosing netting suited to your livestock is key. For smaller animals like poultry and rabbits, our poultry netting is the best choice. It features 2-inch openings at the bottom, designed to keep your birds safely contained while keeping predators out.

If you’re fencing in larger animals like sheep, goats, or pigs, we recommend either our sheep and goat netting or our utility netting. The biggest difference between the two is height and structure. Our sheep and goat netting is 35 inches tall and includes built-in plastic struts, which help the fence stay upright—great for calmer animals and flat terrain. However, if you're dealing with energetic or jumping goats, our utility netting might be a better fit. It stands 42 inches tall, offering more height for added security. While it doesn’t include plastic struts, it’s still sturdy and reliable for active animals.

We also offer horse netting, designed specifically for equines and other large animals like cattle. Whatever your fencing needs, Starkline has a solution to help you keep your animals safe and your homestead running smoothly.
